don't take notes when talking to customers

I'll preface this provocative title by saying that I mean it specifically for new startups looking to identify what customers want.

I've done ~50 calls with customers, taking notes meticulously for each one, passing those notes into Claude to analyse them.

In the last five calls, I've heard the same exact thing each time. Did I need notes for it, no.

Don't take notes.

When you find something people want, you'll know.

If you need to analyse your notes, they don't want it enough.
